Philosophy

 


Eat less. Move more. Sounds easy, right? So why is it so stinking hard to do? That's where we come in. We make weight loss, simple to follow and fun to do. Your Elevate coach will be with you every step of the way, teaching you proper strength and conditioning techniques, showing you how to eat right, and generally kicking your butt into gear.

Lest you think we are going to feed you a steady diet of rice crackers and grub worms, let us assure you that we'll make sure you eat things that taste good and are healthy. And we'll show you how to do this on your own over time.

Just so you know, the word “diet” is a curse word around here. The word assumes at some point it will end. We preach eating right for life, pure and simple. Our goal is to coach you to self awareness and independence and of course the natural product is that you just lost a bunch of fat, gained some muscle and look fabulous. When we're finished with you, you'll know how to permanently maintain that new body shape we just created. And guess what? There's no superior willpower or intellect required.

Our philosophy is simply to give you the nutritional and exercise tools with the life skills you need to achieve permanent ideal body weight and help you to reach your physical goals. We do this through weekly one-on-one counseling and coaching, weekly body weight and composition monitoring, daily custom meal planning,constant personal contact, and a healthy dose of encouragement.
