Massage Therapy

Elevate Massage Therapy’s goal is to go beyond relaxation to relieve pain and restore the body’s natural balance and alignment. (Although, if relaxation is what you seek, our heated tables and hot towels will certainly help ease your tired, sore muscles.)

We specialize in deep tissue, sports, structural, and injury rehabilitation massage, focusing on specific, detailed attention to work out your aches, pains and tight muscles.

Whether you are an athlete wanting to enhance performance, a business executive needing to de-stress, or a stay-at-home mom wanting to go through your day free of pain, Elevate Massage Therapy can help you achieve your goals and feel your best.

Please call our office to schedule your massage and for pricing.

Mary Fredericks was a US national women’s gymnastics team member for 7 years. She was a member of the 1995 bronze medal world team, the 95’ gold medal Pan American team and the alternate to the 1996 Olympic team. She was the 7 time national uneven bar champion and 4 time international bar champion. Also the 97’ national beam champion. She spent some time doing springboard 3mm diving and loves horseback riding.

She now has 4 kids and has been married for 12 years. She graduated magna cum lauda from Ashford University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She has been a gymnastics coach, and judge. She also graduated from Utah College of Massage Therapy and is a licensed massage therapist. She spent 5 years with BYU’s NCAA athletes doing massage therapy and rehabilitation. She was the men’s track and field cross training coach helping them with strength and flexibility. She helped with other teams there as well.

Her massage career was not just spent at BYU, she worked for Real Salt Lake soccer, the University of Utah gymnasts, and is still the US national speed skating team massage therapist.

Mary specializes in injury prevention, rehabilitative massage, sports, Russian, trigger point, structural, quantum, and deep tissue. This type massage therapy is unique, as there is no need to be under sheets or undressed. Come in your workout clothes! All techniques and modalities will be used in every massage. Each time you come the massage session is created to your body’s needs at that time. Homework will be given to help support the massage so that you can recover faster and stay healthier. This is not a spa treatment or nap session. This type of massage is designed to help you work out harder, longer, and recover faster.
