Meet The Trainers
Cody Sanders, NASM, ACE
Cody has helped hundreds of people with her extensive knowledge and
solid reputation as Personal Fitness Trainer and a Nutrition
Consultant. Her positive attitude and good natured humor combined
with a no-nonsense weight-loss strategy have helped her clients
realize their potential, build their confidence, and achieve their
goals.
She is recognized by the two top certifying agencies in the United
States. She is a graduate from The National Academy of Sports
Medicine, and the American Council on Exercise in Personal
Training, and has earned a national recognition as a certified
Nutrition Coach with a certification in Nutrition Counseling and is
currently finishing up her studies and will have completed her
Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, NTP degree this year.
Her passion is Fitness and Food. She enjoys teaching one on one or
to large groups about the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle.
She has been active her whole life and enjoys being active with her
two children and husband Trevor. She regularly competes in
endurance racing, as well as hiking, rock climbing, yoga,
snowshoeing, snowboarding, and paddle boarding on land and water.
She is currently preparing to compete in her first Iron Man this
year. She runs and oversees the training and membership programs at
Elevate in Orem and is ready to help you realize your full
potential.
Zach Beisinger, NASM
A Northern California Native, Zach is an avid weightlifter, and
enjoys all kinds of endurance races. He has been an exercise
enthusiast all his life and has a passion for helping people get in
shape. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in
fitness and wellness management and is certified through The
National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Zach has experience
helping clients of all ages with a wide range of fitness goals,
focusing on both exercise and nutrition together. He believes
accomplishing your fitness goals will not only make you healthier,
but will also make you more successful in all areas of your
life.
You're promised to have both great workouts and great laughs with
Zach. When he's not at the gym he enjoys football, comedies, and
spending time with family. His motto is to work hard, but also pace
yourself and don't get frustrated. "Now, come on in, and let's do
this!"
